Your items will be shipped directly from our suppliers’ factories to your doorstep.

Estimated delivery time: 10 to 25 business days.

Please note: If your package is delayed due to customs clearance in Brazil, this waiting period is not included in the delivery estimate.

We carefully select our suppliers not only based on quality and affordability, but also on their ability to ship quickly and reliably.

If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery time, we recommend first checking with your local post office (Correios) for updates.

If Correios confirms they do not have your package, please contact us immediately. We will follow up with our suppliers to locate your order.

If we confirm there’s a logistics issue affecting your delivery, we will issue a FULL refund as soon as the issue is verified.

Your tracking number will be sent to your email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.

For payments made via bank slip (Boleto Bancário), please allow up to 5 business days for the payment to be processed and confirmed by the bank.
